Thank you for your engagement in our Call to Action. With nearly 1,000 emails sent to the State Senate last week, your efforts helped to get AB 3040 held in the Senate Appropriations Committee.

We will now turn our focus solely to AB 3182, which places unreasonable restrictions on your association’s ability to enact rental restrictions by creating a one-size-fits-all approach to California homeowner associations. To learn more, watch this informational video.
